This Hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend it!! The only complaint I would have is the night life noise but I didn’t mind it at all but could hear it. They are super clean super safe as you need a card key to get to your floor and in your room. All other hotels that were high rated were in areas that were dirty and far from entertainment area.

Location was great! Staff was excellent. Everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was average. I was hoping for easier access to ice, but the staff would send some up when requested. No fridges in room. Will be returning for sure.

Great place to stay. Staff was exceptional. Only complain would be that we were not given washcloths and that the sink smelled like sewer water when in use. We would definitely come back, but ask for a room that is not facing main road.

Great hotel. However it said that they are located about half a kilometer from US embassy which isn’t true. It’s about 4.5 kilometers away. The reason I booked it was because I thought it would be walkable. A bit disappointed in that!!

This property is really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The downsides are that if your room faces the street, it can be very noisy at night and the other thing I didn't like was that the hotel staff doesn't inform you about the Alexa that comes on very early in the morning with extremely loud commercials and Mexican radio, although they kindly disabled it after we requested that but it's shockingly loud when it comes on and we had no idea where the sound was coming from so had to call the front desk. The other thing I found a little frustrating is that there are no places to hang hand towels and no shelving to place your toiletries - so a bit too minimalist in the bathroom. But the hotel is nice, comfortable and the staff are excellent and most of them speak very good english.

The first impact this hotel gave us when entering the front door. The smell was horrible. It smelled like sewer. Check in was pretty fast. Our room was in the 1st floor as well as our friends room. The room was hot. The AC was not on. We tried to turn it on and it wouldnt work. Called reception and they said to put it in low because if you would put it in high the AC would freeze and not work at all. We put in low went for dinner and came back and it was still hot!!! The restroom smelled so bad I wanted to vomit. The water from the tiolet was yellow! When I opened the faucet to wash my teeth it also smelled soooo bad! They would only leave 1 towel per day. I had to ask them to leave 1 more each day. Do not stay here horrible hotel. Will not stay here again. I had a horrible experience here.
