Miguel (bell hop) was awesome as well as the check in staff and bar staff (Tristan) … Cleaning staff (Vicky) not so great which is why is getting 4 instead of 5…. We were there approx two weeks and on many occasions would not refill toilet paper properly (if rolls were 1/4 empty, she would not at least leave an extra roll… We just decided to get extra towels or toilet paper from front desk and tip them instead ….
