They charged me more than my expedia booking;s price. I am disputing with my credit card. The room was dirty with a cockroach, molding on the ceiling, noisy. One of the guests even turned on their TV lould after 1000pm.

A Night Club... Not A Hotel!

- Would NOT check us in before 10:00pm! - Charged me 380 pesos for the room instead of 342 pesos reserved for on Hotels.com - Put us in a room by the street... even with window closed had music blarring til 2:00am! - Impossible to sleep at all! - I Need Hotels.com to give me a credit for this stay.

Buena ubicación, nunca les llegó mi reservación, tuve que pagar sin el descuento de la aplicación, toallas con cabellos, cama y almohadas con chinches. No descansas con ese tipo de parásitos.

Me confirmaron mi reservación por este medio y por mensaje de texto y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no había ninguna reservación y que no tenían habitación disponible, me rentaron una habitación muuuuuy fea, muy antigua, nada que ver con las habitaciones que muestran en la aplicación y aparte casi el doble del costo señalado
