El servicio al cliente estuvo excelente, siempre muy amables y muy atentos a nosotras, dándonos consejos a donde ir, los tours que ofrecen también económicos y con excelentes guías. The hotel is a colonial place, its beutiful. Onlt stairs no elevator but they help you with suit cases. Hot water good water pressure. Just basic things in room, but we were out all day since everything historical is waliking distance
