De todos los hoteles que visite en mi viaje a Mx, éste fue mi favorito, desde la llegada hasta la salida. Cuenta con parqueo propio, super seguro. Te reciben con mucha amabilidad y dispuestos a ayudar! Debo resaltar las atenciones de Alexis quien nos ayudó con nuestras maletas, nos conversó del lugares claves y nos dio información para los tours de la ciudad (tour a tequila) que no nos arrepentimos!. El hotel está en el centro, muy cómoda ubicación, nuestra habitación super cómoda, limpia, y nada de ruido de la calle.

I was not told about a breakfast option so I went out everyday to eat . The coffee in ten room after the first day I had to pay . The electrical outlets in the room only worked by one side of the bed and the other in feb restroom . The bed was old and uncomfortable .

Very convenient location to see Centro Histórico, but very quiet for sleeping. Confortable bed. Friendly staff. Only thing we didn’t like were the pillows which were big king sized pillows and very thick, not comfortable for sleeping.

Everything was amazing room service was 24 hours. Their concierge had amazing tours nighttime daytime at affordable price. There’s always security staff willing to help amazing art pieces throughout the hotel close to everything. Everything was walkable.
