Me he queda Mas de diez años en este hotel, en una ocasión alquilé todo el hotel para mi Boda y aunque me encanta el lugar, cada vez es mas impersonal , los recepcionistas son cada vez mas insolentes, les importa muy poco el Servicio al cliente, les solicite una habitación que es en la que siempre nos quedamos y me dijeron que no era posible , y eso que habia llamado como mas de un mes de antelación. No me dieron la botella de vino por ser VIP en expedia, pedi hablar con el gerente tanto por teléfono como en la propiedad y nunca se presentó, siempre dijeron que no estaba , y quizás por eso el Servicio haya decaído mucho. Los bell boys que nos conocen hace años, trataron de hacer todo mas agradable pero definitivamente los recepcionistas deberían de recibir mejor capacitación, por primera vez NO ME SENTÍ COMO EN CASA!

We had a delightful 3 nights at this hotel. The gardens are beautifully kept and relaxing to sit and enjoy. The room was more than we expected! Clean, and decorated beautifully. I would recommend this hotel every time!!

Everything about this property was really great , except for the cost of the laundry service which was confusing to understand and very expensive , about 2-3 times more expensive than normal door to door laundry service in west Guadalajara

My Reservations was from 21 Dec 2024 thru 08 Jan 2024. Breakfast service was way too slow. They did Not treat me like a VIP, nor did they give me Free Wine nor Room upgrade (VIP Benefits = None. My Last Week of Stay, from 30 Dec until 05 Jan, I heard really Loud Noises in the Bathroom and also in the Bedroom from 9:30 pm until 07:30 am. I complained about the loud noises to the all the Staff. Nothing was done, so I checked out earlier, from 05 Jan instead of 08 Jan. Unfortunately, the Staff didn't seem to care about my complaints. I noticed that there was a Utility Room, right next to my Door. I think that's where all the Loud Noises, were coming from. I have been going to La Mansion del Sol since 2012 until now, 2024. I've always stayed in Room #7 and Never had the Loud noise problems, nor the lack of VIP Services and also the lack of VIP Benefits too. Its really a shame, to say the least. I don't know if I'll go back again next year. I'm a very disatified Customer.
