Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this entire rental unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, along with 2 baths for added ease. Each bedroom offers clothing storage: closet, room-darkening shades, and essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and bathroom essentials, hot water, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and shower gel make mornings and evenings feel unhurried.



Living space and comfort

Wifi allows you to stay connected throughout your stay, whether you’re planning outings or catching up online. A TV provides relaxed entertainment after a day exploring the city. The home is a Single level home with no stairs in home, and the building includes an elevator for smooth access. Air conditioning ensures comfort year-round, while home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher offer added peace of mind.

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals whenever you prefer to dine in. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.
