El hotel no es categoría Plus. Tiene muchos detalles de construcción visibles y acabados incompletos. Los burós no existen; en su lugar hay mesas redondas muy sencillas y económicas. El escritorio es únicamente una mesa básica con una silla también de bajo costo, sin nada premium. En el baño, el calentador de paso está instalado a la vista, con toda la tubería expuesta. El porta papel de baño está flojo, el inodoro tiene una mancha en la parte trasera y se detectó un pequeño charco de agua por una fuga. Además, no hay ventilación en la habitación. Al llegar, el cuarto tenía un olor a trapeador sucio. Las camas son sencillas, aunque sí estaban limpias, lo cual se agradece. La pared con vista es completamente de cristal, pero desde ahí se puede ver en la parte superior del techo la insulación y obra negra sin terminar. En el baño, la luz del techo deja ver aún el tape del sheetrock, y las puertas solo tienen el marco básico, sin molduras, lo que da una sensación general austera. No hay ningún mueble ni detalle que pueda considerarse premium. Aspectos positivos: El self parking es muy conveniente, y la ubicación es excelente, con cercanía a centro comercial, restaurantes y hospital. El self check-in y check-out automático funciona bien, y el número de WhatsApp siempre estuvo atento y respondió oportunamente.

Beautiful apartment with modern fit and finish. Could have done with a thorough cleaning as we found hair on the floor and on the bed sheets. Overall a great spot as it is very central in the Andares neighborhood with great food and shopping options.

I never got to the room as the security wouldn't let me in. I showed them my reservation and they said that because I didn't have a code that was sent to me by the hotel, I couldn't enter the hotel and register. They shagged me away. I had to go to a Wyndham down the street. Olsen hotel system sucks.

Tricky location to find, beside a very loud nightclub that played music until 4 am. My unit 711 the ac was not working. No bedside light. Had to keep curtains closed because office building is extremely close.

This by far has been my worst experience ever. They did not have system for check in. Then they asked me to wait until they confirmed my check in. Expedia called them and they didn't answer. Then the room was dirty and in bad shape. Very small. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

This property is in a great area, is a larger room with kitchenette… They do not provide many towels or bathroom supplies… It is a very loud area due to nightclubs across the street the bass will shake your unit all night on weekends or whenever they’re open and ear plugs do little to stop it.
