Stay away!

We had such a bad experience here! Were moved bedrooms 3 times, meaning we had to haul all our luggage and kids every time each time further than the next. Water was BROWN, it stained the towels could not take a shower. Walls were dirty. Only stayed one of our two night stay were told we would get a refund for one night, every time we went to the desk they said no one was around to do the refund, had us write a letter, still no refund, had us call their region manager, still no refund! We stayed on 1/30 it’s is now 2/6, still no refund!

I was very disappointed with my stay such a nice hotel but they had problems with the hotel water it was coming out really dirty and the clerk did not mention that they were having problems with the water. Also the sheets on the bed had stains.

Everything and everyone working here. Everything is so outdated and old, when we got there no one in the staff let us know they had a water issue and when we got into our room, the room smelled really bad, the sheets were filthy and so were the floors. The water was BROWN coming out of the shower, sink and the toilet. It was disgusting we booked 5 rooms and all of the rooms were all having the same issue and when we went to go tell them the problem, all they said was. "Write a letter to let them know what issues you had" THE PROBLEM WAS ALREADY HAPPENING BEFORE WE BOOKED! And they didn't care to let us know before we paid them. Plus, the maintenance manager there is rude and not understanding at all, she tried to tell me that they had fixed the problem when I had just came out of my room and couldn't even wash my hands or shower. Such a HORRIBLE experience here. This hotel needs to be remodeled and maintained. Also, the restaurant serves the food cold, and the food is really disgusting. Don't bother booking here save your time and money.

The sheets were very old and look dirty or stained. The water from the faucet and shower was dirty and the Manager Lupita said there was no point on changing me to a different room because the water was the same in all rooms. We were unable to take a shower.

Far from 5 star hotel. Was locked out of my room due to key card not working. Door needed to be programmed and no maintenance crew was on site. Expedia was no help either in getting a refund

Love this hotel. The hotel is old but has all what I look for; a huge pool, rooms have big bathrooms, closets and are very spacious. Awesome view of the city. Also, very quiet and a place where you can forget about the noise and craziness of the city and relax. Price is unbeatable for what you get. People may be afraid of the area, however the zone is gated and is secured. Love it!

The restaurant food was super cold and when asked to heat the food up they heated even the salad. The rooms had a very bad smell and beds were hard. Our AC unit wasn’t working the only Low mode was on and the room was humid

This property has a spectacular view of the city. It is at the top of a large hill (small mointain) in Tlaquepaque. You will need transportation to go anywhere due to it's location. If you're looking for a place to destress & relax..I would recommend it. Outside the property there is a sidewalk so you can go for a walk around the neighborhood. You will need to take a taxi or Uber to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay.
