Family trip 2018

This was a family trip. We booked three rooms and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We felt welcomed as the staff is very attentive. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The best part is the location. Food and transportation is not a problem due to location. Great view from the upstairs patio. The only problem I can think of with this hotel is the many stairs for the elderly or disabled. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Ideal para ir a caminar y pasear por Guanajuato, cerca de TODO, fácil de llegar personal amable todo el tiempo y siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar al huésped, en general recomiendo este hotel tanto para otros usuarios como para futuras visitas

Excelente opción para alojarse en pleno centro de la ciudad. Aún en cervantino. El personal muy amable. Habitaciones cuentan con lo bàsico para descansar y muy limpias. No tuvimos oportunidad de visitar el restaurante del hotel, sin embargo todo es acogedor y agradable. Volveremos sin duda.

Fue muy difícil llegar con el gps porque se nos iba la señal en los túneles y no salíamos donde debíamos, sin embargo, Carlos nos fue a buscar a un lugar cerca aún cuando ya había terminado su turno. Todos los empleados muuuy amables, incluso la esposa de Carlos aunque no era empleada nos estuvo explicando todo de la ciudad así que imagínense la calidad de personas que nos rodeaban en ese lugar. La ubicación es exactamente como dicen las descripciones, todo está a unos pasos del hotel y super conocido. Vale muchísimo la pena y definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Hotel agradable, céntrico, habitaciones de buen tamaño, lo único “malo” es que el agua caliente tarda un poco pero nada que no puedas tolerar. Sin duda me volvería a quedar en este hotel, su personal muy amable y accesible.

Fraude

Piden el pago con tarjeta y al llegar al establecimiento vuelven a cobrar no tienen terminal para cargos con tarjeta y los costos de internet no son reales pues cobran mas al llegar, nos dicen que son nuevos y que no saben manejar la pagina entonces no sabemos si existe convenio con ustede o el hotel nos hizo fraude, al llegar nos recibe una persona que no tenia idea de lo que le hablabamos, dicen no tener convenio y que mo hacen cargos por internet y no entiendo entonces por que piden los datos bancarios de mi tarjeta.. y termine pagando de nuevo la habitacion, hay muy poca amabilidad en el hotel. Y no proporcionan ayuda.
