Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. I would like to thanks Lina (Senior Sales Manager) for her warm welcome on the second day. Overall, Ascott would be still one of the best places for business stays. This time round I’ve tried for leisure but it didn’t fail in terms of convenience. Hotel was a little outdated as I believe they haven’t done a touch up in a long time, mini golf course wasn’t cared for, indoor swimming pool and gym an okay size. I could see some slightly warped tiles due to water in my room but nothing of great deal to me. TVs are kinda outdated but with a good range of channels.

客室から夜景がめっちゃくちゃきれいでした‼️地下鉄も便利で、家族でお出かけする際はたくさん利用させてもらいました。ホテルの周りにもお店や商店がたくさんあって、食事やお土産買うのも困らないです。お子連れだったのでベビーベッドまで用意してくれました。今度行き時も是非泊まりたいです。朝ごはんもバイキングで美味しかったです。部屋の掃除も毎日やってくれて、感謝です。ありがとございます♪
