Its prime location is the only redeeming factor. It is a just across the famous Bei jing Lu, which makes it v convenient to shop around. However, the hotel condition is horrible. The triple room i stayed in has a mouldy smell, cracked basin and walls, and dirty carpet flooring. Really bad room condition and in need of a renovation

Disappointing！

the room and the hallway were filled with smell of smoke ，wall paper showing signs of wearing。TV remote was dirty with spilling stains！The building needs immediate remodeling，especially the inside of the hotel！

Ideal for shopping on Beijing Lu and visiting the Pearl River boat tour. Lots of activity close by. The metro is a building away, from high leaves transportation to other areas perfect. The hotel rooms are a little aged, but again, it’s about location, location, location. Staff is friendly, and English speaking only at front desk, walk with translator for shopping and buying food, and bombs away!

Disappointed!

Location was ok. They have a problem with their airconditioning, since it's summer when we stayed I thought that the room temperature will be cold. I tried to call Housekeeping lots of times, they checked tour room and felt it was really hot. They kept on saying the temperature will be ok after 15 mins but it didn't improved until finally they gave us an electric fan to compensate. I will not stay here on my next visit to Guangzhou.

原本在網上是訂了"不吸煙"房，但職員安排了吸煙房給我們，最終等了10分鐘才換了"不吸煙"房給我們。在第三曰早上(22/4/2091)約8點，開始己有好大聲的"裝修"聲音，不停地嘈，我們終於忍不住，要打到接代處投訴，當值的盧景文經理話：暫時不知"裝修"聲音從那裏來，需時間去查查。因我們是在網上全數己付，所以沒有什麼可作補賞。盧經理說：若我們下一次再入住"廣永麗都酒店"，必定會upgrade我們預訂房間。希望有下一次，同間酒店各樣都有改善啦，因酒店位置真的方便。

廁所渠道塞處理方法差

Check in時候前台服務態度已經不太好，另一間房廁所渠道肯定曾經塞，因為通知前台第一時間用布塞住渠道而再用空氣淨化劑，但渠道臭味太厲害，之後才考慮換房，已是淩晨1：30,真的有點誇張。

チェックアウトで荷物を預ける際、帰りのフライトナンバーを聞かれ、空港に向かう時間を逆算してタクシーを手配してくれてました。タクシー代はホテルに150元前払いし、約束の時間の10分前にはタクシーが待機してました。大きな荷物5件あったので助かりました。部屋内の電気系統はタッチコントロールキーに改装されてました。以前よりサービスが格段によくなったと思います。立地は言わずともベスト。
