Firstly, I had to wait for 1 and half hours for their so called Airport "Courtesy" bus. I arrived on a flight at about 10 pm and did not get to the hotel until midnight despite phone calls etc made by me beforehand. It is false and misleading that you promote on your website that this is an Airport hotel it is no where near the airport!

Very nice hotel, excellent staff & beautiful rooms

Perfect even with the one night stay to charge up our batteries before Continuing the next leg of our journey back home to Melbourne. Great shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
