This hotel is relatively new. Only on the 9th floor. Location is perfect too. Love it. Convenience, nice environment, staff etc. Would go back again. The best part is they provide laundry butler service.

Very well located with lots of facilities. Next to Beijing Road and near enough to the metro system. The room was comfortable with good amenities. The hotel also offered an excellent breakfast spread, free supper and decent gym and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Special thanks to customer service housekeeper TT. Perfect stay at Kaishi Hotel right next to Dafo Temple! The location is unbeatable, super close to the pedestrian street and easy to get around. Strongly recommend KSpace Hotel! It enjoys an excellent location near shopping areas and subway stations, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean with dry and wet separated bathrooms and no unpleasant odors. Equipped with smart facilities, the rooms are easy to use. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the sound insulation is great. The front desk staff are thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay. K Space Hotel is a brand new hotel and comes with amenities. Room is spacious, clean with soft bed and pillows. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Water supply is unlimited. The hotel is conveniently located along Beijing Road. Easy for shopping and foodies. Few minutes walk to the metro, easy access to tourist attractions. Really like this hotel. Will definitely stay here in my future Guangzhou trips.

The front desk service was extremely attentive. The room was very spacious, and the smart devices were easy to operate. The hotel also had a gym, which was very nice and had a pleasant environment. The hotel is easily located and very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. Environmental hygiene: The lobby and rooms are spacious and bright, and I really liked the decor style. The rooms were spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, allowing me to sleep well.Hardware facilities: The mattress had just the right firmness, the shower water came on quickly, and the temperature was stable. The Tmall Genie in the room was really tech-savvy. I have to say that the front desk staff were extremely friendly and even thoughtfully upgraded my room and gave me some fruit as a gift. When I left, I forgot my clothes, but the housekeeping staff and front desk worked together efficiently to find them for me within minutes, which was really touching!

Other than good location,nothing special. Room 953 was too far away from lift lobby or breakfast room. Room was spacious but not much storage rack etc for stuffs. Wifi connected but no youtube access. No proper pickup/dropoff area for public transfer. Consider last minute booking, don't really worth the price. With the price I booked I can get a higher end hotel.

Booked 2 night stay and paid in full in advanced. Upon arrival front desk advised room has no windows (booking mentioned none of this). Was also told had to change rooms the 2nd night. I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. Overall, the staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location was good.

The hotel staff are warm, friendly and thoughtful. The location is perfect for sightseeing and strolling around. The breakfast is great, and afternoon tea is also provided. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, making my trip much easier. Highly recommended! It enjoys an excellent location with easy access to transport. The subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is fully equipped with complete facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy, offering a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff are attentive, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast has a rich variety of options and is really good. It offers great value for money. I had a great experience with this laundry service. The staff were friendly and professional, and my clothes came back very clean and fresh. The room was decent, but cleanliness could be improved. It wasn’t as clean as I expected, and better attention to detail would make a big difference. The staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. One concern during my stay was the hotel layout. The guest room area is directly connected to the lobby, and the elevators can be accessed without any key card or restrictions. This lack of controlled access may affect the overall sense of safety and privacy for guests.

O café da manhã também é bem típico chinês, sem nada alternativo. Para alguém do ocidente por uns 3 dias é até interessante, mas para uma estadia mais longa passa a ser complicado. O quarto é excelente, cama e travesseiros excelentes e bom tamanho. Muito agradável, confortável e silencioso. O único problema é que não possuía janela, o que era meio desagradável por não ter vista alguma, mas, para descansar foi ótimo. A localização é fantástica. Perto de metrô, muito bem servido de restaurantes e várias outras coisas. Bem central.
