Very good location, nice and updated room, very clean. Most important, the service, excellent. I've been staying at many upscale hotels around the world, including Four Season, Ritz, and Six Senses, but this Sheraton Guangzhou service is on par. Special thanks to the concierge, very friendly, shout out to the one with surname Ma, for going above and beyond to help our family during our stay there.

The rooms are spacious enough for us family of 4. Breakfast buffet selection were also great. Staff were so helpful even before you ask them. Special mention to Ricardo Ma from the concierge who had been very helpful to us during our entire stay. Assisting us in ordering from meituan food app every night because we cant order from our app for some reason. Another plus point is the location. Very accessible to malls, food shop, and subway stop. Will definitely stay here again next time we come back.
