The address listed on the website is incorrect. It states that the hotel is located inside the airport, which is not true. In reality, it is more than a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel is okay for a one night stay but not for everyone. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, it clearly smelled of cigarettes and an ashtray was available in the room. It seems it’s also possible to smoke in the corridors. The hotel is clean but generally smells due to this issue. Another disappointing aspect was the distance from the airport. Unlike what appears on the hotel’s description, it is actually located around 20 minutes by car from the airport, the information provided on the website is deceiving. The shuttle works and is made available as needed however hotel was not responsive before arrival and had to ask airport staff to call them to send the shuttle (which was sent rapidly) Overall, quite disappointed with the hotel

The airport pickup service took us to the wrong hotel location even though we communicated with the hotel directly on expedia.

This was billed on your site as an airport hotel and only 1.4km from the terminal. That is not correct, it was a 20 minute drive even late at night with no traffic. The "shuttle" bus was a car that i was jammed into with 3 others after a very confusing and frustrating time trying to get the "shuttle". Hotel staff speak no english. Sorry but this hotel cannot be called an airport hotel and your misleading description and location must be ammended on your sight. Very dissapointed in Hotels.com

Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false.
