I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent and kept the room fresh every day. A special shoutout to Sunny Lin at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made my check-in smooth and even helped me extend my check-out time, which I really appreciated. Her excellent service made a big difference in my stay. Superb quality

Great quality hotel. Right beside the main shopping street and a few steps from 24hr chinese restaurant. On the street corner upstairs. Only slight negative is small street food outlets by the main hotel entrance

Convenient location. Right on pedestrian street and a few minutes walk to subway stn. Have to go to the reception on 4th floor before going to a separate set of elevators to the hotel rooms. Kind of a nuisance.

Hotel itself is great. The surrounding area not so much. Dingy and smelly. Good bit of traffic congestion. Nothing good around.

I am always happy to stay here when I come to Guangzhou for work. The only inconvenience is getting in/out of the hotel through local streets, which very often slow traffic. Recently, my favourite Chinese restaurant was merged with another higher-class one, and my favourite dishes are no longer on the menu.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! Room was huge and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Electric outlets everywhere. Checking in was a breeze and staff were helpful. Location was perfect! Food and shopping right downstairs. Will definitely choose voco again the next time we visit Guangzhou!
