Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent and kept the room fresh every day. A special shoutout to Sunny Lin at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made my check-in smooth and even helped me extend my check-out time, which I really appreciated. Her excellent service made a big difference in my stay. Overall, the service was top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!
