Conseguimos uma Smart TV q solicitamos e, embora sem conseguir acessar a internet por ela, nossos canais de streaming puderam ser. Piscina bem cuidada. Estacionamento com vagas apertadas para qualquer veículo e, no caso de maiores (caminhonetes e SUV), dificultando fazer as curvas e manobrar para entrar e sair das vagas.
