Bom custo-benefício.
O imóvel está localizado de frente para uma das principais avenidas, bem movimentada, próximo de mercados, farmácias e padaria.
Apartamento simples, de conforto razoável. Somente não gostamos pelo fato de não ter ducha higiênica no banheiro e pelo cheiro forte dos colchões e almofadas.

Nossa estadia neste imóvel foi ótima!!
Imóvel organizado, bem localizado, colchões confortáveis, bom retorno do proprietário, funcionários do condomínio educados e prestativos. Tem brinquedos para crianças como cama elástica, casinha, cavalinhos e balança no playground do prédio.
