Bom hotel no Guarujá em uma praia muito bacana.

Equipe atenciosa. Excelente localização. Bom café da manhã. Um problema de vazamento no banheiro foi a parte que nos deixou desapontados.

Charming little hotel with potential to improve

The staff was very accommodating and it was perfect for our stay. Our original room did have a strange odor and the wifi didn’t work, however they immediately changed our room to one with wifi and no smell. Bathrooms don’t come with shampoo or conditioner and the beds aren’t super comfortable but they were good enough. For the price it was a great deal and the location was great and it’s always nice to have friendly staff.

O quarto é ok, mas a água da torneira e o chuveiro saem avermelhadas e com muito cheiro de ferro, causou reação alérgica em mim e minha mãe! Os furos do chuveiro chegavam a estar entupidos e não saía água direito. Um ponto bem relevante e que não conseguiram resolver. A equipe é educada em sua maioria. O café da manhã e alimentação são bons também. Por fim, se confudiram pq as toalhas não tem identificação do hotel e levaram a nossa, não conseguiram localizá-la novamente e não ressarciram ressarciram o prejuízo, outra situação chata.

Quarto com fiacoes expostas, tomadas expostas, ar condicionado parecia um aviao de tao barulhento, impossivel deixar ligado, fiquei no quarto do corredor da recepcao, muito barulhento. Quarto fedido, cheiro de mofo, madeiras velhas. Cafe da manha bem ruim ( salsicha, bolos ruins, fui numa padaria tomar cafe que nao me deu vontade de comer nada. Enfim, tinha tudo pra ser bom. Umas estrela pois as atendetes da recepcao sao bem gentis. Ah, e era 21h pedi um cobertor na recepcao e nao tinha. Ou seja, qe pousada n tem cobertor?

O quarto que ficamos (04) tinha um CHEIRO HORRÍVEL DE MOFO...tao forte q prejudicou nosso sono... e as roupas que penduramos nos cabides ficaram IMPREGNADAS com esse cheiro de MOFO... Quarto novo bem limpo todo o hotel com cheiro agradável. Sao alas separadas por uma rua . Fiquei na ala 2 . A garagem na verdade sao vagas em frente ao hotel porem não é fechada. O bairro e rua sao silenciosos. Pela manha por volta de 7 o corredor teve muito barulho mas talvez fossem outros hospedes. Cafe da manhã padrão e satisfatorio . Retornarei e indico o hotel .
