The location is one of the best features—it’s right in a very convenient part of Guatemala City, close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to main roads and attractions. Everything you need is just minutes away, which made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The staff were truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel at home, and it was clear that they take great pride in offering the best service possible. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with an amazing variety to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, Tikal Futura Hotel exceeded my expectations. With its perfect location, kind and attentive staff, and excellent amenities, I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala City.
