Location is great! Loved being by the beach and all the palm trees! Very relaxing and shaded. My favorite part of this resort was all the trees and how close to the beach it was! Some of the buffet and restaurant staff were very rude , seemed like they didn’t want to be there doing their job. The rooms were cleaned properly by house keeping daily. The food was ok… you get what you pay for. Overall is was good for the two days of our stay.

Every single staff person that I came in contact with was very friendly and super helpful. Everyone was always happy and the show "Los Amigos Chocolate" was amazing!!! Shoutout to all the people that made my stay amazing, El Peluche, Depo, la tia morena, Angie, Dangelo, the bartenders by the pool, and others that I don't remember the name but will definitely want to come back soon! Also, the people out in the beach that are separate from the hotel are amazing, Lily was amazing and if you would like to go on any excursion Lolo is your guy.

A very good stay. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Food was good. Pools, Hot-tub, were awesome. Drinks flowed through the whole property. The Bar and Club was rocking every night. Very fun stay. Only negative. Kids pool and play area, was either closed for cleaning or staff lunch breaks. It was difficult timing it. But the little time we spent in it, was fun and safe. Overall a good stay. Would recommend it!

staff,food,drinks,clean room, but i was frustrated by the security people who stopped us from getting into the ocean even when there was no obvious danger of storm .... The main reason we came there was the ocean not the food,or anything else.They prohibited us even from walking on the beach.
