Beautiful home in Gudhjem

Fantastic, beautifully situated architect's house right by the water with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea to the island of Christiansø.



The heart of the home life is the very large and tastefully decorated living room. Here you can make yourself completely comfortable, watch movies, listen to music or radio and enjoy your favorite dishes together in the dining area - all with a magnificent sea view through the large windows. In the kitchen with underfloor heating there is enough space for many guests to cook together. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom. In the basement you will find a washing machine. The house is heated environmentally friendly with geothermal energy.



The house offers you a large balcony with sea view and to receive the morning sun - the perfect place for your breakfast and the first cup of coffee of the day. In addition, you have access to a large wooden terrace with lounge furniture, a barbecue and of course the ever-present view of the sea in the background. The beautiful, large garden offers plenty of space for fun and games.



The house is centrally but quietly located in a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the charming village of Gudhjem with good shopping or restaurants and cafes. Here you can store for ceramics and glass art, for which the island is famous, or eat a Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the national island troll. You'll also stay close to some of the island's most popular attractions, such as Østerlars Round Church, Nature Park, the Art Museum, or Helligdomsklipperne.
