Former salt worker's house, fully renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule, and Le Pouliguen.
70 m² southwest-facing terrace and enclosed garden. Private parking on the property, with parking available in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: Beautiful fitted kitchen opening onto a cozy living/dining room, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room (walk-in shower), and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a private shower room/toilet (1: queen-size bed, 2: two twin beds (90x190 cm).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, coffee pod machine, baby bed/high chair.
Included: Electricity, electric heating, bed linens, and towels.
Not included: tourist tax and cleaning service.
Pets allowed (maximum 2 - €100 deposit per pet).

Excellente adresse, ne pas passer à côté !

Magnifique séjour dans cette ancienne maison du 18ème, idéalement située au calme, proche de tous les lieux de visite. Les propriétaires sont sur place pour l'accueil, ce qui nous change des codes et boîtes à clef. Tout a été bien pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des hôtes. La cuisine est très bien équipée...merci pour les cadeaux appréciés par petits et grands. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la qualité des salles de bains attenantes aux chambres. Marie nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses et nous avons passé un excellent moment à la crêperie de Guérande La Flambée. Bref, tout était parfait.

Séjour parfait. Nous n’avons fait qu’une nuit mais cela aurait mérité d’y rester. Le gîte est très accueillant, parfaitement propre et rénové avec goût. Nous recommandons à 100% ( 6 adultes parfaitement conquis). L’hôte, Marie est également à la hauteur d’un accueil plus que parfait. N’hésitez pas à réserver.

Tout est fait pour un séjour résolument tourné vers le plaisir du locataire. Accueil chaleureux de notre hôte. L'ensemble de la prestation est de très bonne qualité. Chaque chambre avec douche et commodités est un véritable atout.
