Positiv war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Auch die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Danke dafĂŒr. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Meer und an den Salzwiesen. Hier ist zu berĂŒcksichtigen, dass man nun mal auch nah an der Straße ist und die Autos im Garten und teils im Haus hört. Der Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich auf dem GrundstĂŒck des Vermieters und wird zusĂ€tzlich von einer weiteren Ferienwohnung genutzt. Das kann jeder bewerteten wie er möchte, ich finde es geht nicht so deutlich aus der Beschreibung heraus. Die Aufteilung vom Haus ist wie beschrieben, aber die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Insbesondere die KĂŒche muss, wie auch schon in einer anderen Bewertung beschrieben, grĂŒndlich gereinigt, wenn nicht sogar teilerneuert werden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt okay.

Ca aurait pu ĂȘtre parfait

Maison de caractĂšre trĂšs bien placĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir la merveilleuse rĂ©gion avec les marais salant ainsi que la BriĂšre, la vallĂ©e de la Vilaine et la presqu’ile du Croisic. Malheureusement la maison Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs sale et mĂȘme pas balayĂ©e (sols, meubles, escalier ainsi que tous les appareils de cuisine ont besoin d’un nettoyage intensif et complet). Le parking se trouvant ne pas ĂȘtre privatif et Ă  80m de la maison n’est pas mentionnĂ© de la sorte sur le site Allemand, mais en parking (donc privatif et directement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de, ou sur la location). Les propriĂ©taires n’étaient ni prĂ©sent Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et ni prĂ©sent Ă  notre dĂ©part.

mein erster Besuch der Bretagne

Es ist ein sehr heimeliger Ort, der fĂŒr uns 4 Menschen sehr gut passte, sowohl was die SchlafrĂ€ume als auch der Platz im Wohn- und im Außenbereich betraf. Schön gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Parkplatz in der NĂ€he und in angenehmer NĂ€he zu Strand und interessanten Orten. Der Vermieter lebt mit seiner Familie in einem eigenen Haus nebenan und steht fĂŒr Fragen und fĂŒr eventuelle Bedarfe schnell und gerne zur VerfĂŒgung - es war eine schöne Zeit!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour au Clis de GuĂ©rande. La maison est agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©e dans un village entre GuĂ©rande et la Turballe (7 Ă  10 min en voiture) Les propriĂ©taires sont sympathiques et rĂ©actifs. Si vous voyagez en famille, n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  passer par l'office de tourisme pour obtenir les diffĂ©rents livrets dĂ©couverte des villes aux alentours (spĂ©cialement crĂ©Ă©es pour les enfants) avec des petits questionnaires et Ă©nigmes, et surtout ne manquez pas l'occasion d'aller profiter de la pĂȘche Ă  pieds Ă  Piriac sur mer! Laissez vous Ă©galement tenter par une visite en famille des marais salants sur le site Terre de sel, notre guide, Morgane, Ă©tait top! Une maison trÚs agréable

Une maison trÚs agréable, bien équipée, agrémentée d'une belle cheminée qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. La maison est située dans un charmant village au calme, à proximité de Guérande, de ses commodités et non loin de la mer. Dommage qu'en raison de la saison nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du jardin et de sa jolie terrasse !
