Located 3 minutes walk from the beach of Parlementia, the village center and its shops. Enjoy this refurbished apartment in November 2019 composed of a large bright living / dining room, an open fitted kitchen, a very large bedroom, a waxed concrete bathroom with shower, hallway with large closet / dressing room and separate WC between living room and bedroom. Without forgetting an outside space of 15 m2 available to dry the laundry or store your surfing equipment for example ... and also for the aperitif!
