The Space:

The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa (which also converts to an extra bed), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and relax, and a restful bedroom set up with a double and a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower. The home comfortably suits couples, small families and small groups. There is free parking on site at Bishops Court outside the main front door.



Guest Access:

You have the whole apartment to yourself. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check in details are sent shortly before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Mount Pleasant sits just moments from the centre of Guildford. You are within a short walk of the cobbled High Street, the riverside, the Yvonne Arnaud theatre and a great choice of restaurants and independent shops. Guildford mainline station is close by with direct trains to London Waterloo, and the town is well placed for the University of Surrey, the Royal Surrey hospital, G Live and Guildford Cathedral. The A3 is a short drive away.

Before you arrive



Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to your own guest portal. It brings everything together in one place, from step by step check in details and the wifi, to our own local guide with the best places to eat, things to do, events on while you are here and the spots we would happily send our own friends to. The practical bits are all in there too, like parking, how the appliances work and checkout, so you can settle straight in and enjoy the area without hunting around for answers.



Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.



You will be asked to:



1) Accept IFJ Management's Terms & Conditions

2) Complete a quick identity verification

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Check-out: By 10:00



Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay. We offer convenient self check-in, giving you the privacy and flexibility to arrive and settle in at your own pace. IFJ Management is available throughout your stay should you need any assistance. Make Your Stay Extra Special



If you’d like to add a little something extra to your stay, you can easily browse and book our optional extras through your SuiteOp guest link which you will receive once you have made your booking. These include early check-in, late check-out, welcome baskets on arrival, and pet stays where pets are permitted at the property. All extras are chargeable, with the price shown when you make your selection. Simply choose the options you’d like through SuiteOp and follow the steps to add them to your stay.
