Come just to relax, to meet with friends and family, or to just get away and enjoy the magnificent views, walking trails, sunsets and peacefulness. You will not be disappointed whether watching the sun go down, the deer, turkeys and rabbits running freely around or walking the trails to get more grounded from your busy lives… please enjoy.

The space
This home has its own private entrance with keypad. No need to pick up a key. This Retreat has it all. From bedrooms each with queen size beds, the library with a sleeper sofa (full size) and recliner as well as a full size air mattress and twin size (on legs) air mattress (available on request) to the comfy covered porch to have your morning coffee. And of course.. there is a large bathroom with soaking tub and shower and fully equipped kitchen, this is a space for to you to get away from it all and to visit again and again with family and friends.

The home is less than an hour from Cooperstown Hall of Fame and Cooperstown Dream Park, 35 mins to All Star Village, Oneonta, 2 miles to the finger lakes trail. Visit the local brewery's such as Awestruck and Hidden Springs, Ommegang in Cooperstown, Beer Tree in Binghamton, lots to list!

You will have access to all areas of the upstairs home. when you rent this home, you are the only occupants. We live down the road in our own home.
