The space
Our extensive waterfront on beautiful Manhanock Pond features two docks, a paddle boat, a swim raft, and a fleet of kayaks for lake exploration. Plus, if staying connected is a must, we provide high-speed Starlink internet.

Upon arrival, you might prefer to skip some chores, and we have you covered with free grocery pickup and optional fresh or frozen meals.

Dragonwood features a charming and spacious Main House that comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. The Main House combines rustic elegance with modern amenities, including a cozy fireplace and three tastefully decorated ensuite bedrooms. Additionally, The Bunkhouse can accommodate up to 16 guests with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, living area, bathroom, and a second floor with a mix of bunk, trundle, and queen beds, plus a balcony with stunning views.
Guest access
Your booking grants access to both the Main House and The Bunkhouse, along with our grounds. Enjoy activities like bocce, waterfront fun, kayaks, a confidence course, a classroom, meditation gardens, a design studio, and various outdoor games throughout your stay.

Enjoy complimentary golf at Piscataquis Country Club and free access to Community Fitness in Guilford, both included with your booking and just minutes away.

If desired, our dedicated Director and Concierge, Carrie, can assist in bringing your vacation vision to life. Whether you need help with activities, adventure planning, décor, catering, entertainment, or transportation, Carrie is here to help. We collaborate with local partners to ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Would you like us to host an event? We can do that too. We offer Thunder Hall, a 30’ x 40’ event pavilion nestled among walnut trees, and The Haven, a 30’ x 30’ indoor hall for inclement weather. We provide tables, chairs, place settings, and a sound system with microphones to ensure your event runs smoothly. We can also set up and clean up for you when the party is over. Additional services include a self-serve drink table/cooler and packed lunches for adventurers. A separate fee schedule is available for meals, Thunder Hall, The Haven, catering, and related equipment/services.
