Our gßte du curnic in Guisény is ideally located in a protected natural area (natura 200), 100m from an area renowned by European ornithologists for observing migratory birds, 200m from a large sandy beach, in a quiet seaside village with moderate tourist numbers. The house overlooks the fields, it is away from the road. The superb and unspoiled landscapes of the coast of legends, the circuits and hiking trails from the accommodation, various nautical activities, fishing on foot, swimming, the many local festivals that mark out all summer, the proximity of Brest , from Roscoff, access to the islands, the authenticity of the place and the friendliness of the inhabitants ... all the ingredients are there for a fully successful holiday whatever your temperaments and tastes.

Maison trÚs bien située à cÎté du petit port avec trÚs belle plage maison trÚs propre propriétaire agréable le gros bémol pas de wifi et trÚs peu de réseaux dans la maison , il faut aller au milieu du jardin pour capter correctement,dommage

Pro: relativ sauber NĂ€he zum Strand ruhige Umgebung Contra: von Beginn an misstrauische Vermieterin das Haus ist in schlechtem Zustand und viel kleiner als inseriert: 80m2 angegeben, nachgemessen 50m2 (auf zwei Etagen), abzĂŒglich Treppe, DachschrĂ€gen, KĂŒche und Einbauten etwa 40m2 fĂŒr vier Personen wenig geeignet, das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist ein Durchgangszimmer, die TĂŒren schliessen schlecht und klappern teilweise stark, Treppe ist gefĂ€hrlich, kein WLAN (Sommer 2024),Hausrat unvollstĂ€ndig, das Haus ist Ă€usserlich wahrscheinlich das hĂ€sslichste des Dorfes KĂŒche: unvollstĂ€ndiges Inventar und schlechter Zustand KĂŒchenmöbel alt Schublade schwer beschĂ€digt alle TĂŒren schief KĂŒhlschrank ohne Licht kaum ArbeitsflĂ€chen wackeliger WĂ€schestĂ€nder, sehr unzuverlĂ€ssig Bad: eine Rolle WC Papier fĂŒr vier Personen an einem Samstagabend Bad/Dusche/WC sehr eng und dunkel abgewohnt (Fliesen aus den 70er Jahren (nicht retro)) sehr mangelhafte LĂŒftung Wohnraum: kaum NutzflĂ€che, vollgestellt ungemĂŒtliche Beleuchtung Treppe nach oben steil und gefĂ€hrlich, fĂŒr Menschen ĂŒber 1,8m Grösse kaum geeignet, fĂŒr kleine Kinder zu gefĂ€hrlich, GelĂ€nder unzureichend Dachgeschoss/Schlafzimmer: das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist ein Durchgangszimmer! die DachschrĂ€gen verringern die NutzflĂ€che erheblich, die WandschrĂ€nke sind muffig ein Rollo schliesst nicht ordentlich kein WC Aussenbereich: sehr kleine Betonterrasse, ungepflegt, kaum ausreichend fĂŒr vier StĂŒhle und Tisch, Benutzung mit Absturzgefahr,

Bon accueil. TrÚs bel environnement. Mais contrairement à ce qui était marqué dans l'annonce, il n'y avait pas de wifi et nos téléphones ne passaient pas depuis la maison ou le jardin.

Falsche Versprechungen

Die Wohnung war ziemlich verdreckt, viele Dinge waren beschĂ€digt, z.B. das Ceranfeld, das Geschirr sowie Besteck sind völlig zusammengewĂŒrfelt, die Dusche war nicht an der Wand befestigt, der Wasserboiler tropfte... - trotzdem sollten wir 200,00 € Kaution bezahlen. Aber der Gipfel war, das die Vermieterin uns mitteilte, das es kein Wlan gab - fand sie gar nicht schlimm. Die Vermieterin war recht unfreundlich und wir hatten das GefĂŒhl, dass sie nur ihrem Geld hinterher war.

Logement sympa propre .A deux cents mÚtres de la plage entre Brest et Roscoff . Nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnée TrÚs bien situé au fond d'un chemin au calme.

Cette location manque cruellement d'entretien. Velux, Stores Velux dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©s et non entretenus. Ustensiles de cuisine vieux et surtout manquants, spatule, pas de planche Ă  dĂ©couper de taille correct, vieux couteaux non affĂ»tĂ©s, quantitĂ© verres inadaptĂ© aux nombre de personnes, idem pour les bols. Barbecue mais pas d'ustensiles pour barbecue. Pas de support de douche Etc... Pas de toilette Ă  l'Ă©tage. L'escalier pour les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage ressemble Ă  une Ă©chelle, du coup pas trĂšs pratique pour monter et descendre. Frigo trĂšs petit et porte glaçon manquante. SĂ©choir Ă  linge vieux et peu pratique. Par contre la situation gĂ©ographique est trĂšs bien, proche mer pour la pĂȘche en surf casting. Ou baignade si on n'est pas frileux. Centre ville Ă  3 kms Jolies promenades Ă  faire, Ă  pied, vĂ©lo et voiture pour visiter la cĂŽte Location Ă  Ă©viter si on n'est pas trĂšs alerte. PropriĂ©taire peu communicatif et distrait. Pas d'Ă©tat des lieux a l'arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part, juste une vĂ©rification de la propretĂ©.

TrÚs bon séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la maison de Henri. C'est trÚs propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le village est trÚs calme et il faut prendre la voiture pour se balader et s'aprovisioner. Je recommande cette maison pour un séjour calme, pour se reposer et profiter magniefiques plages rocheuses.
