Notre sĂ©jour s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© chaleureusement accueilli par Christophe de la conciergerie qui nous a donnĂ© de trĂšs bons conseils pour notre sĂ©jour. Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs propre, trĂšs lumineux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et mĂȘme mieux que sur les photos. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme et la piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© pour les familles avec enfants en bas Ăąge. La localisation Ă  proximitĂ© de la gare est trĂšs pratique pour se dĂ©placer sans sa voiture.Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Der Empfang war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Der Balkon ist bei heißem Wetter nur zu einem frĂŒhen FrĂŒhstĂŒck und spĂ€tem Abendessen nutzbar. Leider ist der Ausblick auf den gegenĂŒber liegenden Balkon unerfreulich: sehr ungepflegte Pflanzen, die von einer Katze als Toilette genutzt werden... Der Pool ist herrlich! Das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage gut und kĂŒhl aufgehoben. Da der nahegelegene Strand nur bei absoluter Flut nutzbar ist, ist man gezwungen, etwas 20 Minuten zu schönen StrĂ€nden zu fahren.

Presque un sans faute, nous recommandons!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  la Hume. L’appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ©. Proche des commerces de proximitĂ©, de la gare (idĂ©al pour aller Ă  arcachon en moins de 10min). La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme, la piscine trĂšs propre. L’appartement lui aussi est super bien agencĂ©. Seul bĂ©mol la climatisation qui est en fait des raffraichisseurs d’air dans les piĂšces (ventilateur amĂ©liorĂ© mais peu efficace lors des chaleurs). Il manque une quatriĂšme chaise sur le balcon Ă©ventuellement. Sinon l’équipement de l’appartement est top, l’électromĂ©nager nickel et tout est propre. Merci pour ce super sĂ©jour. Un grand merci Ă  Sonia et Christophe qui sont trĂšs sympathique et de bons conseils. )

SEJOUR PARFAIT

2 semaines dans cet appartement conforme à la description, au calme malgré la proximité de la gare, prÚs de la plage et du sentier du littoral, à 7 km d'Arcachon (belle piste cyclable), et surtout pas loin des cabanes pour déguster des hußtres!!! Christophe a été trÚs arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ et trÚs réactif suite à un soucis de parking. En bref, nous recommandons!

Louer les yeux fermés. Soyez en confiance!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. L'appartement est conforme Ă  sa description : il est tres agrĂ©able par sa disposition, sa localisation (Ă  proximitĂ© de tout et notamment de la zone de loisirs de gujan), ses facilitĂ©s (ascenseur, parking, piscine). Je rejoins un commentaire prĂ©cĂ©dent sur l'utilitĂ© d'avoir un vĂ©ritable four. Et je rajouterai Ă©ventuellement une bonne machine Ă  cafĂ©... mais c'est subjectif pour ce dernier point! Une mention trĂšs spĂ©ciale Ă  Mme et M. Garon. En effet, le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă©tait en souffrance. Ils nous ont livrĂ© eux mĂȘme un nouveau rĂ©frigĂ©rateur dĂšs le lendemain matin Ă  la premiĂšre heure. Ils nous ont laissĂ© le temps de faire le transfert de nos denrĂ©es et sont revenus quelques jours plus tard pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer l'ancien. Et tout ca avec un boite de macaron et le sourire. Exceptionnelle rĂ©activitĂ© et gentillesse. Encore merci et pardon pour le dĂ©rangement. Seconde mention spĂ©ciale Ă  la conciergerie ArMondiBer (Christophe) qui gĂšre la location et qui a Ă©tĂ© Ă©galement tres Ă  l'Ă©coute et trĂšs prĂ©sente tout au long du sĂ©jour. En particulier, Christophe a fait le nĂ©cessaire pour que nous puissions accĂ©der au logement plus tot le samedi matin alors qu'il n'y avait aucune obligation de sa part. Et Ă©galement trĂšs prĂ©sent pour suivre avec Mme et M. Garon lorsque nous avons eu le souci de rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Foncer, Louer les yeux fermĂ©s.

Parfait !

Nous avons passés (2 adultes, 1 enfant de 8 ans) quelques jours dans cet appartement. Le bien est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : suffisamment spacieux, chambres confortables, balcon appréciable et la piscine, un vrai plus pour les enfants. Les commerces essentiels sont tout à cÎté de l'appartement. Enfin, je souligne la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sonia et Christophe de la remise des clés jusqu'à notre départ.

L’appartement est conforme Ă  l’annonce. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© (commerces Ă  pied, plage de la Hume Ă  cĂŽtĂ©) et au calme. Suggestion : l’ajout d’un four Ă©lectrique serait un plus pour les repas. La liaison (propriĂ©taire et l’agence) a Ă©tĂ© impeccable. Je recommande !
