Please check local tides before arriving, especially during winter months. Canal water levels can fluctuate, and there may be times when water levels are too low under the boat lift.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval.

* $75 pet fee per dog
* Pets must be crated when left unattended
* Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
* Guests must clean up all pet waste from the yard

Additional cleaning caused by pets (excess hair, stains, odors, or waste) may result in additional charges.

Pool heating is provided by a heat pump and depends on outdoor temperatures. Effective heating generally requires temperatures above 50–55°F. Pool heating may not be available during colder weather.

Essentials Provided

We provide a starter supply of essentials including:
toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, coffee, and more. Guests staying longer are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

A $500 security deposit is required for all bookings.

A 4% cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations.
