Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this is a low density coplex with only 4 units per floor and 8 stories. Unit 1B is one floor up since there is parking underneath the first floor. It is a short fight of stairs or elevator ride to the condo. This complex is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, fun kid activities, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart.

This large one bedroom condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a berth bunk area (suitable for children or small adults) in the hall, and a sleeper sofa. The pool is just below the balcony and the beach is a short boardwalk away. This is a first floor unit. However, it is up one flight of stairs due to a parking garage located on the bottom level. The building does have an elevator.

This condo was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was so clean. Everything we needed was provided! You can tell our host actually cares about this place! There were beach chairs and other fun things like boogie boards provided. We really really enjoyed my Birthday stay at Clearwater 1B!!!
