Beach View 12 Affordable and Cozy Getaway

This two-story private condo is nestled where Gulf Shores meets the Gulf State Park. With 2 front balconies, you have a great view of the water. A back balcony also provides an additional space to enjoy coffee in the mornings or cocktails at night. The kitchen adjoins the sitting area on the first floor and makes a great place to enjoy socializing while you cook. With a nook, 4 stools at the bar, and stainless steel appliances you can enjoy friends, family and food all together. The upstairs living room is roomy and showcases a 70 inch TV for indoor entertainment. Overall, this is a very affordable way to enjoy time at the Gulf Coast!

Overall, it was clean but there were a fee loose knobs and sand here and there. That is expected though. I would stay again.
