When we got there, there were a lot of things that needed repaired. Bottom step on the stairs going up to the house, the support underneath was rotten and not supporting the step. There were two light fixtures on the top floor that had water in them and had to keep a bucket under one light fixture. These light fixtures had to be replaced, but not until after we were checked out.Smoke detector hang off the wall by wires.Direct tv cables, boxes hanging down the wall. Remotes with dead batteries.HVAC fixture very dirty.Empty cans in a box in dresser drawer.Nightstand door hang on by top screw only.Washer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and rusty.Dryer had a lot of cardboard pieces in it and in lint catcher.Coffee maker was not working very well at all.Gas grill in the garage was falling apart and needed supports added to it so it would stand.Trim pieces off the shower in the master suite bathroom shower laying on the half wall that fell off.Light bulbs burnt out and light fixture not working in the master suite shower.No rails to hang any clothes in the closets in the master suite.Maintenance had to be there the first 3 days to work on all the issues.The yard had trash all the way around it and very tall grass.
