This bright and whimsical Gulf Front Home is the perfect place to make your beach fantasies come true (like chasing mermaids)! Chasing Mermaids is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home boasting large open rooms, beautiful modern tile, and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the gulf breezes. Gather around the large dining table for family meals, or gather in the living room for a family movie or a game of cards around the spacious coffee table. Retire to the large master bedroom with en suite and then have coffee on the attached balcony the next morning. Recently remodeled, every care was taken to meet the needs of guests. This is a home you will want to return to year after year!
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.
