This low-density complex, with only 32 units, offers a peaceful retreat. Relax by the outdoor pool, use the grilling area, or rinse off at the outdoor shower.
The complex also boasts on-site parking for 2 vehicles. 1 Parking Pass will be left for you in the unit and the $45 charge is included in the rate. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $ 45 for the length of the stay if a second vehicle is brought in. Your unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. We provide all the essentials—paper products, shampoo, soap, coffee, and beach chairs/umbrellas—so you can just relax and enjoy your stay! A parking pass is included in the cleaning fee.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in.
