The complex is older (built in the 1980's) but our condo was very clean and well kept, with beautiful recent upgrades to our unit. The balcony overlooking the bay and swimming pool was a favorite spot of ours during our stay. The indoor pool that was advertised when I booked the condo has been closed for approximately 2 years due to hurricane damage, which should be divulged in the advertisement of the property. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I chose this complex, only to find out it is closed 2 days prior to our arrival. The unit we utilized is for sale and an attempt was made by a realtor to show the unit twice during our stay, which is not what I had in mind for a peaceful stay in our private unit as my husband recovered from knee surgery. The unit is pet friendly, but the area designated for walking your pet is so far away that it's rather inconvenient. Overall, the property is decent but I do not anticipate booking a stay here again in the future.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Supposed to be pet friendly but no where on property to take our pet. Was told to take across the street to other people's yards. Also both sliding doors were broken and would not lock. All floors were dirty and pet hair from previous person was everywhere. When asked about the condition was told by overseerer that the people before us had a St. Bernard but we waited until after 5:00 to check in because we were told it was being cleaned not sure what they cleaned. Would not stay here again.
