The location is good. Management answered text/email but didn’t remedy the problem . Rented to us knowing one bathroom faucet and sink couldn't be used but failed to disclose. Water was cut off to the sink so they knew. Said part on order but when the plumber finally came he said he had no part so couldn’t repair it. One shower faucet has a split. One bathroom sink for 5 people is very inconvenient and other tenants posted it was that way iwhen they stayed. They could have notified us and we could have rented elsewhere We were concerned about the stair safety also. They are old with nailheads sticking up. Previous ratings that go back a ways mentioned some of these same issues. Some of our family stayed last year and wrongly assumed issues/concerns would be handled by now so we rented because the location is near the beach. We own rental houses ourselves and know the challenges of upkeep versus profit but the unit needs repairs and updates. Vacationers don’t want to deal with preventable issues. We love the Ft Morgan area and come often but the rental unit can make or break the vacation. We didn’t enjoy that much inconvenience. We hope management will actually repair and update.
