The staff was super helpful. The same lady was there when we checked out and honestly wanted to know how our stay was and if we enjoyed ourselves. We came down to catch the fireworks but were concerned about best place to view from. She recommended a quiet are that was close to the show. Wow!! We were sooo close with hardly anyone around us. It almost felt like we were having our own private show!! Give this lady a raise!!

Nice front attendant. Clean Lobby. Felt Safe. First room was terrible - Room 102 smelled as though a cat had sprayed in the room, requested to be moved. Room 202 had a nice lay-out but the floor was so sticky and carpet felt dirty. The air was so musky - I think it came from the carpet being wet. I really liked the lay-out. The room was very roomy with wonderful accommodations. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. I thought the attendant would take extra care to put us in one of the best rooms after our experience with the cat urine odor.

Rooms appeared clean. But had a be try strong musty/mildewy odor, which I honestly expected from reading SEVERAL other reviews saying the same thing. The staff at the front desk were more than friendly/nice. House keeping had what seemed like bad attitudes and stank face, they were also really getting ignoring anyone looking for staff assistance. If they get rid of the mildew smells it could be a contender in the future as the rooms were good sized and price was low

Floors were not cleaned. I took a washcloth & cleaned them myself. Staff was friendly. I did not bother them with the floors. I also wiped down parts of the room I knew were probably not wiped down (example, light switches & door knobs).
