Basic, but functional. Floor and dishes were dirty. We left dishes cleaner than we found them. Bed was comfortable and balcony was nice.

It was a great location with a great view.The only negative things were:The TV remote was very hard to work- no instructions.The bathtub has a soft spot on the bottom and is also cracking.The whole place smelled of cigarettes and w@d even though it was supposed to be a smoke free place even on the balcony. Our unit inside didn't smell but our neighbors did cause the smell.

Great location but older unit. Bathtub was cracked so you had to be careful where you stood when showering. The countertop had a pile of sand on it when we checked in. Staff were friendly and housekeeping apparently came and changed the trash on day 2 but did not leave any clean towel/wash cloths/or take the dirty ones. Only 2 elevators that guests and staff use so the process of going up/down was slown.

Great little place! Exactly as described. Super friendly staff. Literally walk out the door under the parking garage and on the beach!!! The elevator is super slow, but we were prepared for that from reviews I read lol. Very satisfied with our stay.

Front desk associate was extremely helpful and kind. Room was great. Beautiful view of the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. Only downside was the elevator was extremely slow.

Perfect location!

The property is amazing! The 10 am checkout is too early…. And when they say “10 am”, they mean 10 am…. On the dot. People are banging on your door by 10:01 to be out. With check in being 4 pm and check out at 10 am… less than 24 hours for the price is insane. But… the view is worth that hefty price tag and more.
