Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.
Top floor, end unit (3 flights of stairs, no elevator)

Parking:
This condo has its own designated parking space marked 505 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. No extra parking available at this site.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo has a large private deck/balcony. This condo is the end unit on the top floor in the east building. We also have great views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East. This condo is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

We LOVED this place. It feels very private and secluded even though it's in the middle of a bunch of tower condos. The view is stunning, the deck is perfection. I will absolutely stay here again.

The condo is in the perfect location, great unobstructed view of the gulf. The room sizes are great, and the property manager was wonderful to work with.Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing.

Unobstructed views of the ocean right from the balcony and living room. It’s a lovely house, well decorated and relaxing. We had such a wonderful time playing on the beach and reading books on the balcony. Our host was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. She even helped us find a mechanic when we started having car troubles. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Couch bed you can’t sleep on the springs are really bad , the twin beds where really short , there rust stains on the couch cushions along with some kind of ink pen marking on it which you didn’t see until you took the bed out ( which they tryed to blame me for and they were there before we even arrived ). And you have someone watching you suppose security but I believe was just a neighbor) that was always walking by the door looking and listening. I do not recommend ,

The host was very helpful and available by phone or text. There was a weather event (freezing temps)that was going to extend our stay. The unit we were in was unavailable an extra two days.
