The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen, making it easy to spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve a fresh seafood meal, while the living room features a wall-mounted TV and a small sofa that folds out into a twin-size sleeper for additional space. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to three guests, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing coastal getaway.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

After a day of exploring, retreat to the cozy primary bedroom, where a comfortable queen bed is perfectly positioned to take in breathtaking views through the windows. The room also features a wall-mounted TV and Wi-Fi throughout the home, so you can stay connected if needed. The bedroom offers convenient access to a shared bathroom, which is also accessible from the common area. In the common area is a twin sofa sleeper. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a vanity with plenty of space to keep your personal items organized, providing both comfort and functionality during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years. Monthly rentals are welcome November through March 1.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
