Upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside deck. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a duplex. This listing is for the UPSTAIRS private unit. The downstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

Nice property, wide open living space and pet friendly. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would be great if it was fenced in and the deck was replaced/repainted.
