Granite counters and stainless appliances make meal prep a breeze. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before the waves or a full seafood feast, we’re fully stocked.
Seats 10 Total: 6 at the dining table + 4 at the island bar.
Coffee Bar: Keurig, traditional drip, and blender included....just bring your fave coffee beans and pods!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6)

UPSTAIRS
• Beachside Bliss Suite: King Bed + whimsical beach mural + private ensuite bathroom.
• Coastal Retreat Suite: Two Queen Beds + stylish surf wallpaper + private ensuite bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL
• Washed Ashore: A third full bathroom with a shower—perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand without waiting in line!

The covered balcony is your front-row seat to the pool. Grab an Adirondack chair and a cold drink to check the poolside vibe or enjoy the morning breeze. Ready to grill? Fire up the BBQ for an easy deck-side dinner.

OTHER DETAILS
• Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement and point-of-contact form to e-sign for liability purposes
• Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Rental Age Policy: Family groups only, ages 21+.
• Pets: Two dogs max with prior approval and $150 pet fee/ per dog. We use PetScreening to manage our furry guests—you will receive a link to register your dog after booking. (Note: Pet fees and registration are NOT required for service animals).
• Policies: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events.
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum
