Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1- November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

The property was wonderful. Our condo was updated and clean . My only problem was the deadbolt on the door needs to
Be updated to a keypad . The deadbolt was very hard to unlock with the key. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.
