Welcome to The Rookery 3501 in beautiful and peaceful Fort Morgan! This adorable beach bungalow has plenty of room for the entire family with three bedrooms and two baths. Convenient location to community pools and beach, quiet neighborhood, and house was as-described. House is showing its age and could use some updates. Fort Morgan is a ways from Gulf Shores which makes it quiet and less busy.
