NO HOT WATER!!!!

Arrived and checked in with no problem. Went to eat and when returned to get cleaned up before bed realized there was no HOT WATER, and outside temp was in lower 30's. Went to front desk and was told they were replacing hot water heater and no rooms had hot water, and would be replaced by next day. They should have informed us before checking in. Next day hot water in morning, but evening was just luke warm water and was told boilers were not large enough to serve all rooms. Never appoligized for lack of hot water and would not credit any of the night stays. I've stayed here the last 3 years while visiting Gulf Shores and no problems until this year. Upon check out was told could not print off receipt until I basically got irate with them then said oh here is tab to print your receipt. Can NOT recommend this motel any longer, will stay elsewhere next year.

Reception Desk

Front desk ate an apple while I was checking in. She was also on a personal cell phone call during my arrival and was speaking and laughing to them in another language while I stood there. Returned the next day for fresh towels and she made me go back up to room to get my dirty ones first, then follow her to laundry and dump them myself. Unbelievable

The parking space for non-handicap was limited. Also - in room 103, I tried to turn my light out and got shocked a few times and had to end up turning it off with a book. I used my book to turn the switch so I didn't get shocked again

The stay was fine, but we were woken up the night before check out with a lot of noise from above us. After it finally settled down around 2am it started back up at 6:30am. We just got up and checked out.
