Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Family friendly on the beach
Great location small complex only 3 stories.
this unit is on the top floor near to the front so can see the beach.
It is very quiet at night and bedrooms are in back so I do not hear any noise from the pool or other units
