On the trip down I received a call from the Management and said I would not be there until after after 7:00 PM. They told me they were closing at 5:00 pm and that I would have to pick-up the welcome package from a drop-box AT THE PROPERTY in a "structural column. She went on to say that I would have to "push the buttons" to open the drop-box.We get to the property and we looked all around and found no drop-box on the property. I called the after hours number and Kyle said the drop box was NOT on the property, but located instead at the MANAGEMENT office. So, after travelling for 8 hours, we now have to back-track 45 minutes. I find the drop-box, but there are 5 push buttons in a combination. I called back to the after hours and they give me a code, but it was WRONG. After 10 minutes, they finally have the code corrected. We have our information package which gives us access to our condo.
I paid my state and local taxes with hotels.com. Young's Sun Coast Also charged us for the same local and state taxes and tried to call these "Incidentals". Still waiting on my refund...
Stay was great. We had three adults and three children in a one bedroom condo(#802). Pull out was said to be very uncomfortable. Other than that, nothing negative to say.
First of all, the room was not ready on time. We had to wait over an hour past time that the room was guaranteed by. We found bottles/garbage in the pull out sofa. I didn't like the fact that there is not a front desk or anyone on location to assist with needs. There is no beach access from the pool. Not handicap friendly! Cost way too much for what you get. Cut the price in half and I might would consider staying there again, but not until then.

Look out for all the extra fees!!
The condo was ok, but there was sand everywhere. Floors, furniture, counter tops and beds. This was a surprise due to the extra $189.00 dollars that was charged to me before we even checked in. Hotels.com said there was an extra $95.00 for cleaning but did not mention the other $95.00 worth of taxes and parking. Needless to say was shocked right off the bat, then to see how dirty it was after I had paid to have it cleaned.
We arrived around 6pm, and found that we had to drive back several mile to fetch keys. We removed shoes upon entering Unit 802, to find our feet black from the dirty floors minutes later. Advised of 4 guests, but were provided with 2 towels. Twice we requested more towels, with no towels provided. Had to buy our own, and then found tub almost completely clogged while showering and water approached shins. Bunk beds built for children, and fold-out couch so uncomfortable, never slept on it as bed. Provided with 1 parking pass, and requested 2nd as one car from VA and other from MS. An additional $15, adding insult to injury.
