Sel De Vie is perfect for a large family beach gathering, corporate retreat, or ball teams. Ideally located across from the beach, 1 mi west of the Hangout, near all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Our beach home boasts 2 separate units, each with its own private entrance, living area, well-equipped kitchen, & dining area. The upper level consists of 4 BR, 3 BA & can accommodate 10 people comfortably. The lower level is a 2/2, sleeping 8. In total, there are 6 BR, 5 BA, accommodating up to 18.
The Space:
Welcome to Sel De Vie! This listing is for BOTH sides of the duplex (upper and lower level). Our beach home is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large family gatherings, corporate retreats, or ball teams. Each unit is well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and features new flooring, new light fixtures, fresh paint, and a new deck, which is the perfect spot to enjoy the water views.
Our beach home includes two completely separate units, each with its own private entrance, living area, high speed internet, smart TVs with Roku, Blu-ray/DVD player, dining area, washer/ dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig & a regular drip coffee maker.
The upper level consists of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. With a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the second bedroom, queen bed in the third bedroom, two twin beds in the fourth bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area, the upper level can accommodate up to 10 guests. The lower level consists of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. With a queen in the master bedroom, two full-six beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area, the lower level can accommodate up to eight guests. All bedrooms are furnished with memory foam mattresses. In total, Sel De Vie has six (6) bedrooms, five (5) full bathrooms, accommodating up to 18.
Sel De Vie offers a tranquil retreat while being right in the middle of all the action. Situated directly across from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast with easy beach access just a 5-minute walk to the west, Sel De Vie is ideally located just one mile west of the Hangout, near all that Gulf Shores has to offer.
The parking area in front of the home can accommodate up to 7 vehicles and it is FREE to park. While the lower level is at grade level thus handicapped accessible as there are no stairs, the upper level is accessed via stairs so it is not handicap accessible.
Note: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 per unit for an additional nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet (pet must not exceed 35 pounds, certain breeds prohibited, must let us know if brining a dog for approval)
The Neighborhood:
Nearest beach access is located 0.3 miles (5 min walk) to the west at the end of W 10th St, known as the Gulf Shores 10th St Public Beach.
Getting Around:
You can walk to much of what Gulf Shores has to offer but Uber, Lyft, and local taxi are available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
The upper level has a completely separate entrance from the lower level, which is up one flight of stairs. Up to 7 vehicles can fit in the driveway.
